This book is WAY more than a good introduction to this subject. It might be a little challenging for those who are just beginning, and/or are more doing-oriented.
However, this book is a WEALTH of information, and can certainly let you know how deep you wish to delve into the energy/healing fields. It is also a good resource for understanding all the aspects of the energy fields around the body, and how one can deal with or, possibly, change them.
Although the subject matter is "woo woo" to some, Brennan approaches this from and with her highly scientific background. This makes her conclusions and information more acceptable and believable, and in turn, more helpful.
