~This book is so interesting and simple to follow...I recently had the chance to meet the author Donna Eden and she is just brillient!! I would recommend everyone trying these simple at home exercises on your own natural energies...You can tell a difference almost instantly!! Even non believers will be amazed!!

This extremely interesting book has wowed me from page one. The author illustrates and explains the dynamics behind how energy in the body works, and how to boost it via very simple techniques that do not cost a dime. What a treasure the knowledge contained in this book is for women of all ages. I highly recommend this fascinating and informative read.

Energy medicine works
it helps you get out of an allergy burst when you start sneezing like crazy, trace triple warmer meridian backwards three times on each side and then trace it again backwards three times but tapping. after you ve experienced these effects buy the book
or buy it right now because its so powerful
nobody ever talked to women like Donna Eden does and she is totally amazing

A great companion to "Energy Medicine." Donna Eden does a more thorough job, in my opinion, of explaining how the body works and the history and basics of energy medicine. Highly recommended!

Though I haven't finished reading the entire book, I really like it. (There is a lot of information to digest and it is a good reference book for looking up specific problems.) I enjoy Donna Eden's positive energy. I think it is a great book if you are looking information for doing energy work. It is especially helpful because it addresses many of the medical, emotional and physical issues that women face.
