I am highly recommending this product for the fact that I "M-U-S-T" consume a certain drug in the opiate family as I survived a plane crash in 1976 and pain "IS" my life and I have an internal Morphine pump which is set every so often by a pain clinic which I am very carefully and tenderly cared for by a Physician who inserted the "pump" back in 1991 after suffering pain for the years following a failed "Lumbar back surgury [triple low back surgery@ S1-L5-L4-L3)lumbar spine and crushed vertebrate surgury back in 1976, as my pilot brother, and I took a leased Cessna Skyhawk 172 for a one hour pleasure cruise in Ma. Municipal Airport in bicentennial 1976, and the law was broken as was the Carburettor (side draft type)cable which by law was neglected to have a proper double locking fastener on the , as I swam the distance nearly dailybell crank that was necessary at the time of the incident July 21,1976 over the Mt.Hope Bay /Tiverton, RI boundary line at approx. 1:30 pm that afternoon.
The day was clear and vis. was clear for miles when the linkage just fell off and w.o. a "cruise propellor", we just slowly descended into the choppy Bay and as we called instructions to each other. We hit the water, ( which was not cushionary or more or less soft as the Berlin Wall, noone panicked as we were never told that flotation devices were under the front seats)
and we crashed into the Mt.Hope Bay going 70 KNOTS, whereas I crashed into the water and my bro.escaped thru the door and I broke the Passenger window bracket to slide through as I only weighed 146 # at the time and was in my "fighting weight and shape" at 28 years of age, now being 63 and always in pain.(This should come to suffering for suffering) and the loss of the use of my spine, I lost walking abilities I had just before the incident)~!
Constant use of Opiates to kill or soften the pain which was constant and very severe as my low back was crushed, and though I never knew it I had "a narrow spinal canal" which was the cause of sub-lumbar pain for those years, now @ 64 years of age, developed many side effects from my nerves being affected down to my my both legs and my intestines were often had the feeling of "Delivering a baby" just to move my bowels.
I was speaking of this incident to a "Natural Foods" store owner, when he suggested this product which is used to assist in liver problems all over the world.:so, to eliviate the baby-deliveries of my bowels every so often, it was suggested that this would on a semi reg.diet of "MILK THISTLE" [...] in capsule form for all of these years.
Constipationary events were often and severe, which I found out why when I had my biennial Endoscopy/Air Contrast Barium Enema tests, where it was found that I have an extrordinarial legnth of colon...(some 18" long), which I was notified about when I under went last year's testing and found that the bowel legnth was extraordinially oversized.(To the exit,@ rectum) thus the need for constant assisting to go to have a regular bowel movement on time when due.

The product was deilvered quickly and is priced well below store shelf brands, even taking into account shipping and handling. The product itself is easy to take. Milk Thistle is an herbal supplement and not a medicine, so its benefits vary from person to person. My medical doctor recommended it and coordinates it with other, more traditional, prescription medicines and as a result Swanson's Milk Thistle has contributed to my well being at a great price.

I found this to be a good product if you are looking to save money and dont want the premium version that costs more. Milk thistle is excellent for general health. IT is worth a try

This was a decent product at a decent price. I often dont trust bottom priced products but this one is good.
