This was a waste of money...I bought the Passion Flower to use as either a smoke or an incense as it claims to relieve nerve pain/anxiety. I have Fibromyalgia and thought it would help with that. I also have anxiety and thought it would help with that...I could not have been more wrong...it was too harsh to smoke and didn't help as an incense either. Would NEVER waste money on it again.

Ok , this smoke is very VERY harsh ..... but about two minutes after smoking it , there is a rewarding calm feeling like everything in the world is ok and warming :) . And no it is not like a high , it is like a great warm feeling like slowly falling asleep after a cup of coco in a warm toasty atmosphere , so overall its a comfortable calming sensation , and for the price, its a steal , definitely worth the money to me!
